We are family owned and operated, Steve & Kathy Goodrich (owners) formed Lake Norman Plumbing Company in 1995. He learned from his vast experiences in residential and commercial plumbing.

On the residential side, we insist on a fast response time, communication with the customer, staying on budget and on time. Communication with the customer is at the fore front of our residential services. Commercial plumbing projects are often larger jobs with other contractors and schedules involved. We work with the Commercial Contractor to start on time and complete the job on time. We understand that time is money on every commercial project and utilize our experience to work within our parameters and time frame.
